Entries are already open for the submission of scientific papers and participation in the lectures and mini-courses of the II International Seminar on Human Rights and Society & IV Conference on Scientific Production in Fundamental Rights and the State.
The event will be held at the University of the Southern Extremity of Santa Catarina (UNESC) - in Criciúma, Santa Catarina, Brazil, on September 19 and 20, 2019, with the theme: Human Rights, Democratic State of Law and Social Rights. main objective to divulge and debate the theoretical and practical production on Human Rights, Society and State in the Brazilian and Latin American context.
The event is organized by the Post-Graduate Program in Law - MSc, from Universidade do Extremo Sul Catarinense - UNESC, with the support of the UNESC Law Course, the UNESC Socioeconomic Development Program, the Graduate Program in Law UNISC, the Postgraduate Program in Law and Human Rights of the Autonomous University of São Luis Potosí / Mexico, the Latin American Council of Social Sciences - CLACSO, the Public School Foundation, the Postgraduate Program in La Salle University and the Ibero-American Network for Teaching and Research on Children's Rights.

2 - Critical Constitutionalism in Latin America Mention:
Summary: the phenomenon of regional constitutionalism focusing on theories and experiences of the
institutionality. Works that seek to verify the reasoning, historicization or liberation praxis of the constitutionalist experiences of America Latina. Such approaches must be permeated by the theoretical framework of decoloniality, as potential for analysis of the degree of concealment of the constituent experiences local and regional authorities. The central idea is to bring researchers together to reflect on the critique of constitutionalism in its relation to democracy, interculturality, deprivation, legal pluralism and political thought of liberation, as well as on methodologies that allow the theoretical opening to the criticality of the constitutionalist phenomenon .
3 - Public policies, fundamental rights and decent work.
Simmary: Reflections on the flexibility and de-regulation of the right to work. Critical analysis of labor reform in the light of the theory of fundamental rights.
